Abstract
"SUBSTRATO REVESTIDO EM-MOLDE, E, MéTODO PARA PROMOVER FLUXO PREFERENCIAL DE UM REVESTIMENTO EM-MOLDE EM UM SUBSTRATO". Artigos ou substratos moldados tendo um revestimento em-molde (90) sobre eles são divulgados. Os substratos revestidos em-molde são produzidos por um método em que o fluxo da composição em-molde sobre o substrato pode ser seletivamente controlado. Os artigos moldados podem ser preferencialmente revestidos em áreas desejadas ou predeterminadas com as composições de revestimento em-molde controlando a espessura ou profundidade das várias seções do substrato. Em uma outra modalidade, um artigo ou substrato moldado é fornecido com um flange de retenção do revestimento em-molde (130) para substancialmente conter o revestimento em-molde (90) dentro da cavidade do molde e na área desejada de uma parte antes do revestimento ser curado. Em ainda outra modalidade da presente invenção, um artigo ou substrato moldado é fornecido com pelo menos seção de escorrimento ou canal de fluxo preferido para promover fluxo do revestimento em-molde sobre a superfície de um substrato. Uma outra modalidade da presente invenção fornece um artigo moldado com uma área de espessura relativa aumentada na localização de injeção do revestimento em-molde para incitar ou promover o fluxo do revestimento em-molde.
