Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ACIONAMENTO POR CORREIA COM CONTROLE AUTOMáTICO DE TENSãO DE CORREIA". A invenção compreende um sistema de acionamento por correia para controlar automaticamente a tensão da correia. O sistema compreende um atuador controlado por um módulo de controle. O atuador opera sobre uma roldana articulada. Uma correia é exercitada em volta da roldana articulada assim como em volta de outras roldanas, acionando diversos acessórios. Uma série de sensores no sistema detectam a condição da correia, inclusive a tensão da correia. Sinais de sensor são transmitidos ao módulo de controle. o módulo de controle processa os sinais e instrui o atuador a mover a roldana articulada, aumentando ou diminuindo assim a tensão da correia. Um circuito de realimentação dos sensores até o módulo de controle permite que a tensão da correia seja monitorada e a ajustada continuamente muitas vezes por segundo. O sistema pode controlar ativamente a tensão da correia ao antecipar a condição do sistema, de modo a impedir o ruído da correia pela comparação dos sinais de sensor com instruções armazenadas em uma memória do módulo de controle.
