Abstract

"TENSOR ATIVO". Um tensor automático possuindo uma célula de carga para detectar e controlar uma tensão de correia de transmissão de energia. O tensor compreende um parafuso dianteiro acionado por um motor elétrico para configurar a posição do braço de alavanca/roldana e dessa forma uma carga de correia. O tensor também compreende uma célula de carga engatada com um parafuso dianteiro do tensor para detectar uma carga de correia. O motor do tensor é um circuito controlado utilizando um sinal de célula de carga. O controlador compara uma carga de correia detectada da célula de carga com um valor de carga de correia predeterminado para identificar uma carga de correia desejada e dessa forma configurar uma posição do braço de alavanca do tensor correspondendo à dita carga de correia desejada. O tensor pode ser controlado também por uma condição operacional do motor.
