Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA DETECçãO DE RESìDUOS INDESEJADOS EM UMA AMOSTRA". Disposição de detecção e método para detectar a presença de um resíduo em uma amostra pela determinação de valores de cor da amostra, associado com o modelo de cor L*a*b, onde um valor de um parâmetro de compósito Z é calculado como segue: Z = w~ L~.L + w~ a~.a + w~ b~.b onde W~ L~, w~ a~ e wb são fatores de ponderação tendo um valor dependendo do dito resíduo e da dita amostra, e uma determinação é feita se a dita amostra compreende ou não mais ou menos do que uma quantidade predeterminada do dito resíduo dependendo do dito valor do dito parâmetro do compósito Z. Em uma modalidade preferida, a disposição é usada para detectar resíduos de antibiótico, por exemplo, penicilina-G, nos produtos alimentícios, por exemplo leite, ou fluídos corpóreos, por exemplo sangue, urina.
