Abstract

Arreglo y método de detección para detectar la presencia de un residuo en una muestra por determinación de los valores de color de la muestra, asociados con el modelo L*a*b donde el valor del parámetro compuesto Z se calcula de la siguiente manera: Z = WL.L + Wa.a + Wb.b, donde WL, Wa y Wb son factores ponderados cuyo valor depende de dicho residuo y de dicha muestra, y luego se determina si dicha muestra comprende, ó no, más o menos que una cantidad predeterminada de dicho residuo dependiente de dicho valor de dicho parámetro compuesto Z. En una realización preferida, el arreglo se usa para detectar residuos de antibióticos, por ejemplo penicilina-G, en productos alimentarios, como por ejemplo leche, o líquidos corporales, como por ejemplo sangre, orina.
