Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA A TêMPERA DE PRODUTO DE LAMINAçãO COM GRANDE COMPRIMENTO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a têmpera térmica de, pelo menos, partes da seção transversal ao longo do estiramento longitudinal do produto de laminação perfilado, fabricado em seq³ência, proveniente do calor de laminação. A fim de obter uma alta qualidade e boas propriedades de uso do produto de laminação conseguidas através do dispositivo para a têmpera térmica, com utilização do calor de laminação de vias de laminação com alta potência, de acordo com a invenção está previsto que, para o posicionamento do produto de laminação (S) transportado na direção longitudinal a via de roletes (1) apresente um dispositivo para o posicionamento do produto de laminação (S) na direção longitudinal e um meio de alinhamento (2) coordenado, pelo fato de que, o dispositivo de têmpera (3) é formado de, pelo menos, dois dispositivos de resfriamento de líquido (31, 32) dispostos um ao lado do outro com manipuladores (311, 311<39>) para um movimento do produto de laminação (S), pelo fato de que, ao lado deles e paralelamente ao estiramento longitudinal dos dispositivos de resfriamento de líquido encontra-se a área de suporte (41) do leito de resfriamento (4) e pelo fato de que, o meio de transporte transversal (5) possui, pelo menos, dois braços de suporte (51) que podem ser movimentados simultaneamente entre os roletes da via de roletes, respectivamente com suportes do produto de laminação (52) dispostos neles no lado final.
