Description
Claims (6)
- 압연기 열에 의해서 연속으로 성형된 압연재료의 길게 연장된 단면의 적어도 일부에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리를 하기 위한 장치, 특히 50m 이상의 길이를 갖는 레일의 적어도 헤드 부분을 경화한 뒤에 실온으로 냉각시키기 위한 장치로서, 실질적으로 롤러 테이블, 압연재료를 축방향으로 정렬하기 위한 수단, 상기 압연재료를 횡방향으로 이동시키기 위한 써포트를 갖는 수송 수단, 그리고 머니퓰레이터 및 쿨링 베드를 갖는 경화 시스템으로 이루어지는,길게 연장된 압연재료에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리를 하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 롤러 테이블(1)이 적어도 하나의 단면 영역 내에서 이송된 압연재료(S)를 종방향으로 배치시키기 위한 장치 및 관련 방향 설정 수단(2)을 가지며, 상기 경화 시스템(3)이 서로 나란히, 그리고 종방향으로 상기 방향 설정 수단에 대해 거의 평행하게 배치된 적어도 두 개의 액체 냉각 장치(31, 32)로 형성되며, 상기 액체 냉각 장치는 압연재료를 이동시키기 위한 머니퓰레이터(311, 321)를 가지며, 상기 액체 냉각 장치와 나란히, 그리고 상기 액체 냉각 장치의 종방향 연장부에 대해 평행하게 쿨링 베드(4)의 지지 영역(41)이 존재하고, 상기 횡방향 수송 수단(5)이 롤러 사이에서 동시에 이동가능한 적어도 두 개의 브래킷(51)을 가지며, 상기 브래킷(51)의 단부측에는 각각 써포트(52)가 제공되며, 상기 브래킷 상의 이러한 써포트(52)는 상기 롤러 테이블(1) 영역 내 조정 위치로부터 쿨링 베드(4)의 지지 영역(41)에 이르기까지 횡방향으로 이동될 수 있고, 또한 단지 써포트 만이 롤러테이블(1)의 운송면(11) 위로 돌출하는 방식으로 상승할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,길게 연장된 압연재료에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리를 하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 두 개의 단면 영역 내에서 롤러 테이블(1) 위에 제공된 차량 레일 또는 철도 레일 형태의 압연재료(S)를 위해 제공되고, 위치 결정 시스템이 전자 제어 수단으로서 형성되고 및/또는 가이드(21) 또는 스톱을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,길게 연장된 압연재료에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리를 하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액체 냉각 장치(31, 32)가 탱크(312, 322)로서 형성되고, 상기 탱크(312, 322)는 바닥측에서, 경우에 따라서는 측방으로 작동하는, 수평으로 정렬된 스톱(313, 323)을 가지며, 상기 스톱(313, 323)은 압연재료(S)의 레벨링을 위해 제공되는 것임을 특징으로 하는,길게 연장된 압연재료에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리를 하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 탱크(312, 322) 각각에 머니퓰레이터(311, 321)가 제공되고, 상기 머니퓰레이터(311, 321)에 의해서 압연재료(S), 특히 레일이 상기 횡방향 수송 수단(5)의 써포트(52)로부터 나와서, 헤드 아래의 수직방향으로 탱크(312, 322) 내에 삽입된 후에, 다시 상기 써포트(52) 위에 제공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,길게 연장된 압연재료에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리를 하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,압연재료(S), 특히 레일을 위한 홀딩-다운 수단(314, 324)이 제공되고, 상기 홀딩-다운 수단에 의해서 냉각시에 상기 압연재료/레일(S)이 탱크(312, 322) 내의 레벨링 스톱(313, 323)에 가압될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,길게 연장된 압연재료에 급랭 및 뜨임 처리하기 위한 장치.
- 경화 시스템을 통과하는 레일의 순환시간이 이송 주파수를 초과할 때, 50m 이상의 길이를 갖는 레일의 적어도 헤드 부분을 경화한 뒤에 실온으로 냉각시키기 위한, 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치의 용도.
