Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR 2-CETO-L-GULONATO DE SóDIO POR FERMENTAçãO E RECUPERAR CRISTAIS DE MONOIDRATO DE ACIDO 2-CETO-L-GULONICO, CULTURA MISTA DE GLUCONOBACTER OXYDANS, GLUCONOBACTER OXYDANS, BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS, E, USO DE MICROORGANISMO". A presente invenção descreve um processo para produzir 2-ceto-L-gulonato de sódio a partir de sorbitol e recuperar ácido 2-ceto-Lgulónico em altos rendimentos de recuperação, por tratamento controlado de troca de cátions do caldo de fermentação isento de rnicroorganismos e/ou ajuste do pH do referido caldo de fermentação purificado, seguido por cristalização direta de monoidrato de ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico.
