Abstract

"MáQUINA-FERRAMENTA E DETECTOR DO ESTADO DO JATO LUBRIFICANTE PARA UMA MáQUINA-FERRAMENTA". Uma máquina-ferramenta capaz de formar jatos de lubrificante atomizado (h) voltados para a frente a partir da ponta de um cortador (17), caracterizada por compreender um detector do estado do jato lubrificante para detectar o estado de jato do lubrificante atomizado a partir da ponta do cortador, o detector do estado do jato lubrificante ainda compreendendo um elemento de guia (21) tendo um orifício interno reto (21a), em que um meio de detecção de luz para detectar o grau de transmissão ou reflexão da luz de detecção devido à injeção da luz de direção (c) para uma posição especificada (b) dentro do orifício interno através de um elemento transparente instalado sobre a porção de parede periférica do elemento de guia ou através da porção de parede periférica transparente do elemento de guia, e um meio de alimentação de fluido (23) para alimentar fluido limpo com uma camada bastante fina fluindo em uma direção especificada ao longo da direção longitudinal do orifício interno é instalado próximo da superfície interna do elemento transparente, ou de modo a cobrir a porção de parede periférica transparente, podendo-se, assim, evitar, com certeza, a produção de uma peça defeituosa devido à usinagem de uma subseq³ente peça a usinar com insuficiência de lubrificante.
