Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM PNEU E SUPORTE TOROIDAL PARA FABRICAR UM PNEU CRU SOBRE O MESMO". A presente invenção é relativa a um processo para fabricar um pneu. Dito processo compreende as etapas de: a) fornecer uma camada elastomérica sobre uma superfície externa de um suporte toroidal; b) fabricar dito pneu cru sobre dito suporte toroidal; c) introduzir dito pneu cru suportado sobre dito suporte toroidal em uma cavidade de moldagem; d) introduzir um fluido sob pressão para o interior do espaço definido entre a superfície interna do pneu cru e o suporte toroidal; e) curar o pneu cru. Dito processo ainda compreende a etapa da etapa de fazer com que uma corrente elétrica escoe em pelo menos um elemento de aquecimento fornecido na superfície externa de dito suporte toroidal, de modo a obter uma pré-cura, pelo menos parcial, de dita camada elastomérica. A presente invenção ainda é relativa a um suporte toroidal (10) que é dotado de pelo menos um elemento de aquecimento (20) que cobre pelo menos uma porção da superfície externa de dito suporte toroidal, dito elemento de aquecimento compreendendo, em uma direção radial a partir do interior no sentido do exterior de dito elemento de aquecimento, uma camada termicamente isolante (22) e um circuito eletricamente resistivo (23). Preferivelmente o elemento de aquecimento (20) ainda compreende uma camada protetora (24) radialmente externa ao circuito eletricamente resistivo (23).
