Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO DE MOLDAGEM E VULCANIZAçãO". Um dispositivo para a moldagem e vulcanização, em condições predeterminadas de temperatura e pressão, de um pneumático pelo menos parcialmente cru possuindo um volume definido, o dito dispositivo compreendendo um envoltório externo e um suporte interno desmontável, no qual o dito dispositivo também compreende uma coroa móvel intercalada entre o dito suporte interno e o dito envoltório externo, a dita coroa móvel formando, como dito envoltório externo, uma cavidade de volume controlado para a moldagem e vulcanização do dito pneumático, o volume da dita cavidade adaptando ao volume do pneumático que contém, de forma que a dita pressão de moldagem seja mantida dentro de uma faixa predeterminada de valores. A invenção também se refere a um método de moldagem e vulcanização no volume controlado.
