Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE AFERIçãO PARA UM APARELHO DE PROCESSAMENTO PADRãO". A invenção refere-se a um aparelho do processamento padrão para uso com um par de rolos de alimentação removíveis que compreende uma armação, um conjunto de processamento padrão, e um conjunto de aferição (140). Os rolos de alimentação removíveis carregam um suprimento de matéria-prima a ser desenrolado, pelo menos uma das matérias-primas tendo uma camada de adesivo proporcionada na mesma. A armação proporciona montagem removível para os rolos de alimentação. O conjunto de processamento padrão realiza uma operação de processamento padrão em que o conjunto de processamento padrão proporciona aglutinação adesiva entre um padrão e as matérias-primas. O conjunto de aferição (140) é dotado de (a) um monitor de rolo de alimentação (142) operável para monitorar continuamente uma quantidade de matéria-prima que resta nos rolos de alimentação, e (b) um indicador de nível de suprimento (144) legível pelo usuário, conectado operacionalmente ao monitor de rolos de alimentação. O indicador de nível de suprimento (144) é operável para indicar continuamente ao usuário a quantidade de matéria-prima que resta nos rolos de alimentação quando as matérias-primas estiverem sendo desenroladas.
