Abstract
"MéTODO DE SEQuENCIAMENTO DE POLINUCLEOTìDEO". Trata-se de um método para determinar a seq³ência de um polinucleotídeo, que compreende as etapas de (i) colocar em contato uma enzima processadora de polinucleotídeo, imobilizada em uma posição fixa, com um polinucleotídeo-alvo, sob condições suficientes para induzir a atividade da enzima; (ii) detectar um efeito conseq³ente quando da interação da enzima e do polinucleotídeo, sendo que o efeito é detectado pela medição de um sinal óptico não linear ou de um sinal linear acoplado a um sinal não linear.
