Abstract
"SISTEMA DE SUPRIMENTO DE METAL FUNDIDO DE PRESSãO CONTìNUA E MéTODO PARA FORMAR ARTIGOS METáLICOS CONTìNUOS". Um sistema de suprimento de metal fundido (90) inclui uma pluralidade de injetores (100) cada um tendo um injetor (102) e um pistão alternante (104). Uma fonte de suprimento de metal fundido (132) está em comunicação de fluido com o alojamento (102) de cada um dos injetores (100). O pistão (104) é móvel através de um primeiro curso que permite que o metal fundido (134) seja recebido dentro do alojamento (102) da fonte de suprimento de metal fundido (132), e um segundo curso para deslocar o metal fundido (134) do alojamento (102). Uma fonte de suprimento de gás pressurizado (144) está em comunicação de fluido com o alojamento (102) de cada um dos injetores (100) através das respectivas válvulas de controle de gás (146).
