Abstract
"INSTALAçãO DE REFRIGERAçãO PARA A REFRIGERAçãO DE CINTAS DE BORRACHA". A invenção refere-se a uma instalação de refrigeração para a refrigeração de pelo menos uma cinta de borracha (1), com um dispositivo de transporte (2) para o transporte contínuo da cinta de borracha (1) e com um dispositivo distribuidor de ar, que permite que o ar de refrigeração transportado por um dispositivo de ventilador flua para fora, para cima de pelo menos um lado plano da cinta de borracha (1). Nesse caso, o dispositivo distribuidor de ar está dividido em pelo menos uma primeira unidade de refrigeração de ar e em pelo menos uma segunda, disposta em seguida à primeira (3a, 3b), e o dispositivo de ventilador está dividido em pelo menos um primeiro ventilador e em pelo menos um segundo ventilador (4a, 4b); a primeira unidade de ar de refrigeração (3a) é alimentada pelo primeiro ventilador (4a) com ar de refrigeração aspirado do ambiente e não pré-refrigerado; a segunda unidade de ar de refrigeração (3b) é alimentada pelo segundo ventilador (4b) com ar de refrigeração; a segunda unidade de ar de refrigeração (3b) está disposta em uma caixa (5) amplamente fechada, através da qual pode ser conduzida a cinta de borracha (1) por meio do dispositivo de transporte (2); para a condução em circuito do ar de refrigeração, o segundo ventilador (4b) apresenta um tubo de aspiração de ar (6) disposto dentro da caixa (5) e para a pré-refrigeração do ar de refrigeração reconduzido para a caixa (5), é previsto um permutador de calor conectado a uma unidade de refrigeração (7).
