"PROCESSOS DE TRATAMENTO DE UMA ESCóRIA BRUTA DE ACIARIA PARA TRANSFORMá-LA EM UM LIGANTE HIDRáULICO PELO MENOS EQUIVALENTE A UM CLìNQUER DE CIMENTO PORTLAND E DE OBTENçãO, A PARTIR DE UMA ESCóRIA DE ACIARIA DE UM LIGANTE HIDRáULICO EQUIVALENTE A UM CIMENTO PORTLAND". Processo de tratamento de uma escória bruta de aciaria para transformá-la em um ligante hidráulico pelo menos equivalente a um clínquer de cimento Portland, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende: - o tratamento por oxidação com uma contribuição de oxigênio, de ar ou de sua mistura a uma pressão que varia de 1 a 15 bars, de preferência entre 5 e 10 bars, a uma temperatura que varia de 1650<198>C até 1400<198>C, de preferência que varia de 1550<198>C até 1450<198>C no máximo igual a 1500<198>C de uma escória bruta de aciaria que contém, em relação ao peso total da escória bruta, pelo menos 45% em peso de CaO e menos de 30% em peso de Fe~ 2~O~ 3~ e - a adição a esta escoria de uma fonte de cal completada se necessário proveniente de uma fonte de sílica e/ou de uma fonte de alumina, as proporções de fonte de cal e eventualmente de fontes de sílica e/ou de alumina sendo escolhidas para que a escória tenha, após transformação e à temperatura ambiente, uma taxa de Fe~ 2~0~ 3~ de pelo menos 13% em peso e uma composição mineralógica que compreende pelo menos 40% em peso de fase mineralógica C~ 3~S e mais de 10% em peso, de preferência pelo menos 40% em peso, de ferritas de cálcio sob forma de fase mineralógica C~ 2~F e/ou C~ 4~AF, em relação ao peso total da escória tratada final.
