Abstract

"ELASTÈMEROS DE URETANO-URéIA DE ETAPA úNICA ESTáVEIS à LUZ". Esta invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um elastómero de poliuretano-uréia estável à luz opticamente claro que possui um início do ponto de amolecimento de pelo menos 130<198>C, processado à temperatura ambiente e fundido em um molde a um índice de isocianato de 95 a 120. Este processo compreende a reação: de A) um poliisocianato líquido ou pré-polímero de poliisocianato que possui um teor do grupo NCO de aproximadamente 5 até aproximadamente 50%, uma funcionalidade média de 2 até 3, uma viscosidade menor que 5.000 mpa.s a 25<198>C e que compreende (1) um poliisocianato (ciclo)alifático que possui um teor do grupo NCO de aproximadamente 32% até 50% em peso e uma funcionalidade de aproximadamente 2 e, opcionalmente, (2) um ou mais compostos orgânicos que possuem pelo menos dois grupos hidroxila e um peso molecular de aproximadamente 62 até aproximadamente 8.000; e B) um componente reativo ao isocianato que compreende 1) pelo menos um composto orgânico que contém pelo menos dois grupos amina aromáticos e que possui um peso molecular de 100 até 1.000 e 2) pelo menos um composto orgânico que possui pelo menos dois grupos hidroxila e um peso molecular de aproximadamente 62 até aproximadamente 6.000; na presença de C) pelo menos um catalisador organometálico. A presente invenção refere-se ainda aos elastómeros de poliuretano-uréia estáveis à luz opticamente claros obtidos através deste processo.
