Abstract
"RESFRIAMENTO LìQUIDO DE MOLDES DE VIDRARIA". Um sistema para resfriar os moldes em uma máquina de formação de vidraria inclui um par de braços de molde (12, 14) montados sobre um poste de articulação (16 ou 104 ou 130) para um movimento na direção e afastando-se um do outro, e pelo menos uma parte de molde (18) sustentada por cada braço de molde e adaptada para cooperar uma com a outra para formar um molde bruto ou um molde de sopro de vidraria. Cada partes de molde inclui pelo menos uma passagem de refrigerante que tem uma entrada e uma saída dispostas em uma extremidade da parte de molde, e cada braço de molde tem passagens de entrada (44, 52) e de saída (48, 56) de fluxo de refrigerante operativamente acopladas na entrada e na saída da parte de molde montada sobre aquele braço. Uma alimentação de refrigerante líquido (72, 76) e um retorno de refrigerante líquido (74, 78) estão conectados no poste de articulação. Uma primeira passagem de refrigerante (32, 34, 35) estende-se através do poste de articulação entre a alimentação de refrigerante e as passagens de fluxo de entrada nos braços de molde, e uma segunda passagem de refrigerante (36, 38, 39) que se estende através do poste de articulação entre as passagens de saída de fluxo de refrigerante nos braços de molde e o retorno de refrigerante. Assim, o refrigerante líquido flui em um percurso fechado da alimentação através do poste de articulação e dos braços de molde para as partes de molde e das partes de molde de volta através dos braços de molde e do poste de articulação para o retorno.
