Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE SAPATA PARA COMPRESSOR TIPO PLACA OSCILANTE". Trata-se de um método de produção de uma sapata para um compressor tipo placa oscilante, sendo que a sapata é disposta entre uma placa oscilante e um pistão do compressor tipo placa oscilante e formada de uma liga de alumínio, sendo que o método compreende: uma etapa de forjamento principal (206) de forjamento de uma matéria-prima a ser trabalhada (160) para a produção da sapata em uma sapata precursora conformada grosseiramente (194); uma etapa de refinamento térmico (210) de refinar termicamente a sapata precursora conformada grosseiramente; e uma etapa de forjamento para ajuste de tamanho (214) de forjamento da sapata precursora conformada grosseiramente que foi refinada termicamente em uma sapata com tamanho ajustado (216).
