Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA PURIFICAçãO DE NUCLEOSìDEOS DE 2'-DESOXIPURINA 5'-PROTEGIDA". Um método para eficientemente purificação de nucleosídeos de 2'-desoxipurina 5' protegida, produção eficiente dos quais era anteriormente difícil. As impurezas podem ser separadas obtendo-se o nucleosídeo de 2'-desoxipurina 5' protegida como um cristal de inclusão incluindo um solvente tal como aquele tendo uma estrutura de nitrila a fim de purificar o nucleosídeo 2'-desoxipurina 5' protegida em uma pureza elevada. Esta invenção permite a síntese de nucleosídeos de desoxipurina protegida altamente purificados facilmente em uma grande escala, que era anteriormente realizada pelo método de cromatografia de coluna.
