Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO MOLDADO DE ESPUMA". Método aperfeiçoado de fabricação de produto moldado em espuma incluindo as etapas de: introduzir uma resina contendo um agente espumante dentro de uma cavidade 3 do molde por injeção dentro de um período de tempo desde um momento justamente antes de completar o fechamento do molde até um momento após completar o fechamento do molde; permitir que a resina assim introduzida na cavidade 3 do molde forme uma camada de revestimento sobre uma superfície deste; depois disto, retirar um molde móvel 2 para definir um espaço de cavidade predeterminado entre o molde móvel 2 e um molde estacionário 1, de modo a levar o agente espumante contido em uma porção não curada da resina a formar a espuma; e resfriar a resina introduzida na cavidade 3 do molde para formar um produto moldado em espuma tendo uma superfície que forma uma camada de revestimento firme e uma porção interna em um estado de espuma.
