Abstract

"BRAçO DE SUSPENSãO". Um braço inferior (11) para um automóvel que é formado por se prensar uma chapa metálica compreende uma primeira parte horizontal (15) se estendendo horizontalmente quando ligada com uma carroceria do veículo, partes perpendiculares (16a, 16b) formadas pela curvatura para baixo de bordas periféricas da primeira parte horizontal (15), flanges reversos (17a, 17b, 17c) formados pela curvatura para o interior de bordas inferiores das partes perpendiculares (16a, 16b) e uma segunda parte horizontal (20) proporcionada nas vizinhanças de uma parte de montagem da carroceria do veículo (13) de modo a projetar-se para cima a partir da primeira parte horizontal (15). A altura do centro de curvatura para a carga de curvatura vertical é elevada pela formação da segunda parte horizontal (20) de modo que uma distância a partir do centro de curvatura até os flanges reversos (17a, 17b, 17c) é aumentada, por meio do que a carga de tração e a carga compressiva atuando sobre os flanges reversos (17a, 17b, 17c) são reduzidas.
