Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE DIFERENCIAL ENTRE EIXOS". Um conjunto de diferencial entre eixos compreende um eixo de entrada, um eixo de saída disposto co-axialmente com respeito um ao outro, um mecanismo diferencial e uma bomba de lubrificação reversível dedicada disposta entre os eixos de entrada e saída. A bomba de lubrificação tipo gerotor reversível inclui um rotor acionado pelo eixo de entrada e um impelidor, ambos dispostos dentro de um corpo de bomba acoplado a uma engrenagem lateral conectada de modo acionável ao eixo de saída. Dessa forma, a bomba de lubrificação gera fluxo de lubrificante apenas durante a ação diferencial entre o eixo de entrada e o eixo de saída, isto é, quando necessário. Um fluxo de óleo gerado pela bomba de lubrificação é fornecido a vários componentes do mecanismo diferencial entre eixos através de uma galeria de passagens de fluido.
