Abstract
"BALANCEADOR DE MOTOR". Para facilitar a fabricação de uma engrenagem de balanceador e prover um balanceador que permita a miniaturização de um motor. Um eixo de balanceador (32) é suportado entre uma caixa R e uma caixa (L) em paralelo com um virabrequim (7), uma engrenagem de balanceador acionada (31) e um contrapeso (33) são providos em uma extremidade e a engrenagem de balanceador acionada (31) entrosa-se com o virabrequim (7). O diâmetro externo (R2) de uma parte tendo o diâmetro máximo de contrapeso (33) é feito mais largo do que o diâmetro do círculo de base (R1) da engrenagem de balanceador acionada (31) e o contrapeso é anexado à face do lado externo da engrenagem de balanceador acionada (31). A extremidade de ajuste (36a) de um eixo de acionamento (36) é ajustada em um orifício de ajuste (32a) provido no núcleo na extremidade na lateral em que a engrenagem de balanceador acionada (31) é provida do eixo de balanceador (32), a extremidade de ajuste e o orifício de ajuste são acoplados de modo que possam ser integralmente girados e acionem uma bomba de água. Um contrapeso (34) é integrado com a outra extremidade do eixo de balanceador (32), uma engrenagem (37) para acionamento de um acessório é integrada com a base do contrapeso (34), está engatada com uma engrenagem de bomba de óleo (38) e aciona uma bomba de óleo (40).
