Abstract

"PELìCULA DE POLIOLEFINA DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS COMO UM SUBSTITUTO DE UMA PELìCULA DE PVC". é descrita uma película laminada de camadas múltiplas coextrudada, apresentando uma formulação com base em uma poliolefina que iguala estreitamente ao critério de desempenho mecânico de um material de PVC plastificado. Esta película é adequada de forma específica para ser utilizada como uma película de substituição para o PVC plastificado em uma variedade de aplicações médicas e não-médicas. As películas de camadas múltiplas da presente invenção oferecem um conjunto específico de propriedades mecânicas, normalmente associadas com o PVC plastificado, que incluem um estiramento fácil, um elevado grau de recuperação, fadiga baixa e um fixação permanente mínima. Além do mais, essas formulações com base em poliolefina não contêm nenhum composto suspeito ou conhecido como carcinogênico e podem ser produzidas em custos que são altamente competitivos com relação aos custos associados com películas de PVC plastificadas convencionais.
