Abstract

"BANDEJA PARA MASSA DOCE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma massa doce congelada ou refrigerada pronta para usar que é preparada com farinha, açúcar, um agente "leavening" e gordura, e que é fornecida em uma forma que inclui sulcos, linhas de marcação, ou uma combinação dos mesmos, para facilitar a separação da massa em pedaços que podem ser assados em produtos de padaria individuais tais como biscoitos, muffins, brownies, ou outros folhados. A invenção também se refere a um método de fornecimento de produtos assados individualmente compreendendo as etapas de fornecimento de uma folha ou bloco de massa não assada que possui partes separadas de formato predefinido, separando uma ou mais partes da folha ou bloco e então assando as partes para se obter produtos de assados individualmente. Os formatos das partes são definidos por sulcos, linhas de marcação ou uma combinação dos mesmos e as partes são separadas da folha pela quebra das mesmas ao longo dos sulcos ou linhas de marcação.
