Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE PARTìCULAS ESFéRICAS A PARTIR DE UM BANHO DE POLìMERO, E, INSTALAçãO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PARTìCULAS ESFéRICAS A PARTIR DE POLìMERO". A invenção refere-se a um método e a um dispositivo para a produção de partículas esféricas, onde um pré-polímero ou pré-condensado em fusão é transformado em gotas por intermédio de um bocal de gotejamento, as gotas são submetidas a uma contracorrente de um gás em uma coluna de precipitação até que é obtida pelo menos uma cristalização parcial e são então submetidas a uma fase de pós-cristalização adicional. Para produzir partículas de qualidade melhor, economicamente, com uma grande vazão, o pré-polímero em fusão é transformado em gotas por intermédio de uma placa de bocal vibrando e/ou pela vibração direta do pré-polímero ou polímero em fusão e as gotas resultantes são submetidas a uma contracorrente de ar e gás.
