Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A FIAçãO E O ENROLAMENTO DE FILAMENTOS DE POLIéSTER USANDO UM ADITIVO DE FIAçãO, FILAMENTOS DE POLIéSTER OBTIDOS PELO MéTODO DE FIAçãO, TECEDURA POR ESTIRAMENTO DOS FILAMENTOS DE POLIéSTER E FILAMENTOS DE POLIéSTER COM VOLUME OBTIDOS ATRAVéS DE TECEDURA POR ESTIRAMENTO". A invenção refere-se a um método para a produção e o enrolamento de filamentos de poliéster pré-orientados, compreendendo pelo menos 90% em peso, com base no peso total do filamento de poliéster, tereftalato de polibutileno (PBT) e/ou tereftalato de politrimetileno (PTMT), preferivelmente PTMT, caracterizado pelo fato de que a) o estiramento de fiação é ajustado na faixa de 70 a 500, b) diretamente após saírem do bocal de fiação, os filamentos correm através de uma zona de retardo de esfriamento de 30 mm a 200 mm de comprimento, c) os filamentos são esfriados até abaixo da temperatura de solidificação, d) os filamentos são enfardados em uma separação de entre 500 mm e 2500 mm a partir da face de fundo do bocal, e) a tensão da linha, antes e entre os galettes de estiramento é ajustada para entre 0,05 cN/dtex e 0,20 cN/dtex, f) as linhas são enroladas com uma tensão da linha de entre 0,025 cN/dtex e 0,15 cN/dtex, g) a velocidade de enrolamento é ajustada para entre 2200 m/min e 6000 m/min e h) um poliéster é usado com 0,05% em peso a 2,5% em peso, com base no peso total do filamento, de polímero aditivo adicionado como aperfeiçoador da extensibilidade.
