Abstract

"APARELHO PENEIRADOR". Que inclui paredes laterais (11) que possui uma parte de borda inferior (12) configurado para aceitar travessas tubulares de peneira (13). Uma borda superior (14) estende-se da extremidade de entrada (15) das paredes laterais para um ápice (16) no qual uma borda declinante (17) estende-se até o pé das paredes laterais (11). A borda inferior (12), a borda superior (14) e a borda declinante (17) são cada uma providas de reforços de borda (21) na forma de seção de aço Z. Um reforço intermediário de seção Z (22) é preso às paredes laterais (11) e é disposto para seguir a curva geral dos membros de suporte do painel da peneira em forma de banana (13). O ápice (16) possui um recesso adaptado para receber uma peça fundida de suporte do excitador (27) que possui um conjunto de excitador (31) aparafusado no mesmo com uma direção de alinhamento com o plano contendo o centro de gravidade do aparelho. Um tubo de torque (33) é preso entre as respectivas peças fundidas de montagem do excitador (27), o tubo de torque e a parede lateral reforçada sendo selecionados para prover que o primeiro modo de frequencia fundamental maior que a freq³ência do excitador seja pelo menos 2 Hz superior àquele da freq³ência do excitador e a primeira freq³ência fundamental abaixo da freq³ência do excitador seja pelo menos 2 Hz menor que a freq³ência do excitador.
