Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O CONTROLE DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE INIBIDORES NA PRODUçãO DE TIRAS DE AçO ELéTRICAS DE GRãO ORIENTADO". A presente invenção diz respeito à produção de tiras (fitas) de aço elétricas, em que um tratamento de reaquecimento de placa especial antes da laminação a quente é executado de maneira que a temperatura máxima dentro da fornalha é alcançada pela placa bem antes de sua extração a partir da fornalha. Durante o estágio de aquecimento e permanência nas temperaturas as mais altas do ciclo térmico, partículas de segundas fases são dissolvidas e elementos segregados são distribuídos na matriz metálica, enquanto durante o resfriamento e as etapas de equalização de temperatura da placa na fornalha, uma quantidade controlada de partículas de segundas fases pequenas são mais homogeneamente reprecipitadas a partir da matriz metálica. Diferentemente, a partir de todos os processos convencionais para a produção de aços elétricos, a fornalha de reaquecimento de placa se torna um sítio no qual é realizada a precipitação de uma quantidade controlada de partículas de segundas fases para o necessário controle de crescimento de grão durante as etapas de processo sucessivas.
