Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA PRODUZIR PANOS NãO-TECIDOS DE FILAMENTOS CONTìNUOS TERMOSSOLDADOS DE MúLTIPLOS COMPONENTES". Um sistema e processo é fornecido para produzir um pano não-tecido de filamentos contínuos termossoldado. Dois ou mais componentes poliméricos são separadamente fundidos e são separadamente direcionados através de uma placa de distribuição configurada de modo que os componentes de polímero fundido separados combinam em uma multiplicidade de orifícios de fieira para formar filamentos contendo os dois ou mais componentes de polímero. Filamentos e múltiplos componentes são extrudados dos orifícios de fieira em uma câmara de têmpera onde o ar de têmpera é direcionado de uma primeira ventoinha controlável independentemente e em contato com os filamentos para resfriar e solidificar os filamentos.
