Abstract
"SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM EM MATRIZ DE MúLTIPLAS LâMINAS". Uma máquina de moldagem em matriz de múltiplas lâminas que é equipada com estrutura mecânica aperfeiçoada e sistema de controle de injeção único para aperfeiçoar a qualidade de produtos moldados, alcançar moldagem isenta de rebarbas de acabamento de superfície aperfeiçoada. Os conjuntos de travamento (52A, 52B, 52C, 52D) são montados em um lado de uma chapa de base (22) da máquina para aplicar força de travamento às seções de molde em um estado pré-carregado. Um anel de reforço (56) interconecta os conjuntos de travamento para inibir deflexão da chapa de base e as braçadeiras (72) que suportam os conjuntos de travamento de maneira que uma linha de divisão exata entre as superfícies de contato das seções de molde esteja assegurada. O sistema de controle de injeção único da máquina provê seletivamente a injeção de circuito fechado e circuito aberto para alcançar a vantagem de uma injeção de controle de circuito fechado que provê parâmetros ótimos para um ciclo de injeção para eliminar um efeito de martelo, e a vantagem de circuito aberto que é adequado para produtos pequenos de moldagem em matriz requerendo um percurso de injeção muito curto para ser re-acionado em um controle de circuito fechado.
