Abstract
"PACOTE DE FIO PREORIENTADO DE TEREFTALATO DE POLITRIMETILENO E PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". A presente invenção se refere a um pacote de fio preorientado de tereftalato de politrimetileno, formado de camadas enroladas e pesando 2 quilogramas ou mais de um poli (tereftalato de trimetileno), em que o pacote de fio satisfaz as seguintes condições (1), (2) e (3); (1) uma diferença em diâmetro entre o das porções de borda e a porção central do pacote está em uma faixa de 0 a 5 mm; (2) uma diferença em valores de tensão de contração térmica a seco entre o fio deixado nas porções terminais e o fio na porção central do pacote é 0,01 cN/dtex ou menor; e (3) um valor de variação de uniformidade de medida de fio, U em %, é 1,5 % ou menor, e um coeficiente de variação de periodicidade da variação de medida de fio é 0,4% ou menor, ambos quando medidos quando o fio preorientado enrolado está sendo desenrolado desde o pacote. O pacote de fio preorientado de acordo com a invenção e formado de um fio preorientado enrolado, o qual não tem substancialmente valores de tensão de contração térmica diferenciais entre o fio enrolado (acumulado) nas porções de borda no pacote e o fio enrolado na porção central na pacote. O presente pacote de fio possibilita a produção de um pano tecido ou emalhado, tingido, com manuseio suave, o qual é substancialmente isento da ocorrência de tingimento periódico irregular.
