Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO CATALìTICA DE HIDROCARBONETOS". Um processo para a oxidação de um hidrocarboneto, o referido processo compreende oxidar parcialmente em uma zona de reação, uma mistura que compreende um hidrocarboneto e um gás que contém oxigênio na presença de um catalisador que é capaz de suportar a oxidação do hidrocarboneto, onde antes da referida oxidação parcial, a referida mistura que compreende o hidrocarboneto e o gás que contém oxigênio é passada através do trocador de calor. De forma preferida, o trocador de calor é um trocador de calor compacto. Antes da passagem através do trocador de calor a mistura de hidrocarboneto e gás que contém oxigênio pode ser passada através da zona defletora que compreende um alojamento que contém pelo menos uma placa defletora. Em uma montagem preferida, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de uma olefina tal como etileno por desidrogenação oxidativa catalítica de um hidrocarboneto ou mistura de hidrocarbonetos.
