Abstract

"SOLUçõES DE áCIDO ASCóRBICO ESTABILIZADAS; USO DAS MESMAS; PROCESSO PARA SUA OBTENçãO E FORMULAçõES COMPREENDENDO AS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a soluções aperfeiçoadas compreendendo ácido ascórbico (vitamina C). Essas soluções podem compreender no máximo até 15% de ácido ascórbico e são estáveis durante pelo menos dois anos, sem nenhum significativo desenvolvimento de coloração amarelada e nenhuma substancial degradação (não mais que 10%) da vitamina. O processo envolve adições seq³enciais de ácido ascórbico e etóxidiglicol a uma primeira solução de vitamina em água, seguido da adição de propilenoglicol e de fragrâncias. A alta velocidade de agitação que ocorre durante a adição, favorece um processo de micronização. é usado um aquecimento brando para alcançar concentrações de ácido ascórbico equivalentes a cerca de 6% em 10% de água ou superiores a isso.
