Abstract

"MECANISMO DE VEDAçãO FLUIDA PARA DISPOSITIVO MECâNICO E MéTODO DE CONTROLE DINâMICO DA PRESSãO DE FLUIDO DE VEDAçãO". Um sistema de vedação dinâmica de fluido para uma válvula de injeção de combustível (180) emprega fluido de vedação para separar um combustível gasoso e um segundo fluido na válvula de injeção de combustível, preevenindo, desse modo, o escapamento do combustível gasoso para o segundo fluido. Um sistema de balanceamento de pressão (100) que inclui um dispositivo de balanceamento de pressão (110, 111) reduz o diferencial de pressão entre o fluido de vedação e o combustível gasoso usado na válvula de injeção. Ao mesmo tempo, o sistema de balanceamento de pressão balanceia dinamicamente a pressão do fluido de vedação de tal forma que a pressão do fluido de vedação seja igual ou ligeiramente maior do que a pressão do combustível gasoso dentro da válvula de injeção. O diferencial de pressão entre o combustível gasoso e o fluido de vedação pode ser mantido pot toda a faixa de operação das velocidades do motor, cargas do motor e condições de corte de combustível de modo a impedir o escapamento do combustível gasoso compressível para o segundo fluido.
