Abstract

Le dispositif se situe dans le domaine des mécanismes hydrauliques à haute pression. Il permet de réaliser l'étanchéité entre un alésage cylindrique et un piston à faible jeu relatif et d'assurer l'endurance en fonctionnement par l'adjonction à un joint fluide d'étanchéité, de deux paliers fluides hydrostatiques qui guident l'équipage mobile dans son mouvement de va et vient. Il peut s'appliquer, par exemple, aux installations de jets liquides coupants, ou bien aux synthèses chimiques.
