Abstract

Ensemble de joint d'étanchéité pour pompe de fond de puits de pétrole. L'ensemble de joint d'étanchéité comporte une rainure en forme de queue d'aronde formée dans le corps de pompe 14 et un élément d'étanchéité 26 monté dans la rainure. L'élément d'étanchéité a une face intérieure 28 en appui contre le fond de la rainure, une extrémité de pleine épaisseur remplissant une extrémité de la rainure et s'étendant en direction de l'extrémité opposée, laquelle comporte un évidement qui s'étend autour de son périmètre intérieur et qui délimite une lèvre 32 autour d'une partie centrale de l'élément d'étanchéité, lèvre qui est déformée par la pression de fluide agissant en direction de l'extrémité de l'élément 26 qui la comporte et qui la repousse vers l'extérieur en contact étanche avec un carter de pompe 12 qui entoure le corps de pompe 14. Application aux pompes de fond de puits à commande hydraulique.
