Abstract

"SISTEMA DE RECEPçãO VSB COM DETECçãO DE SINAL APERFEIçOADA PARA PROCESSAR DADOS SUPLEMENTARES" compreendendo um sistema de recepção VSB inclui um gerador de seq³ência para decodificar um símbolo correspondente as dados suplementares e gerando uma seq³ência pré-definida incluída nos dados suplementares do sistema de transmissão VSB. O sistema de recepção também inclui um receptor legado modificado para processar os dados recebidos do sistema de transmissão VSB em uma ordem reversa do sistema de transmissão VSB utilizando a seq³ência, e um desmultiplexador para desmultiplexar os dados do receptor legado VSB modificado em dados MPEG e os dados suplementares. O sistema de recepção VSB também inclui um processador de dados suplementares para processar o segmento de dados suplementares do desmultiplexador em uma ordem reversa do sistema de transmissão, para obter os dados suplementares, desta forma executando a predição de cisalhamento, a decodificação e a decisão quanto aos símbolos mais acuradamente, utilizando a seq³ência pré-definida, para melhorar a performance.
