Abstract

"MOLDE PARA PREPARAR UMA PEçA DE POLIURETANO MOLDADA POR INJEçãO E PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". A invenção compreende um molde útil para a preparação de um artigo baseado em poliuretano compreendendo um metal revestido sobre as superfícies a entrar em contato com os materiais de poliuretano onde o revestimento é uma matriz contínua de cobalto ou níquel tendo dispersado em tal matriz descontínua um polimero de poliolefina fluorada. Em um outro aspecto a invenção é um processo para moldar por injeção uma peça a partir de materiais de poliuretano cujo processo compreende injetar materiais baseados em poliuretano em um molde como descrito acima, expor os materiais injetados a condições tais que um artigo solidificado seja formado e remover o artigo formado do molde. Em um outro aspecto a invenção é um artigo compreendendo material de poliuretano preparado por moldagem por injeção que contém cerca de 0,5 por cento em peso ou menos de um agente de liberação de molde interno e que pode ser revestido em um processo de revestimento industrial sem a necessidade de um selador revestido sobre o artigo.
