Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE CARCAçA DE PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULOS, E, PNEU". Sobre um suporte toroidal (1) uma primeira série de segmentos em forma de tira (13) são assentados, sobre bordas terminais são aplicadas partes primárias de respectivas estruturas de reforço de talão (4). Cada parte primária (4aa) compreende um enchimento elastomérico (22) aplicado em posição axialmente exterior em relação a um primeiro inserto anular (21) formado por um elemento alongado enrolado de acordo com voltas radialmente superpostas (21aa). Uma segunda série de segmentos (14) é interposta cada um no espaço definido entre dois segmentos da primeira série (13), com respectivas bordas terminais superpostas com a parte primária (4aa). Um segundo inserto anular (24) formado por um elemento filiforme enrolado de acordo com voltas radialmente superpostas é aplicado externamente contra as bordas terminais dos segmentos da segunda série (14), para formar uma parte adicional da estrutura de reforço anular (4), tendo menos extensão radial que aquela do primeiro inserto anular (21).
