Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A MEDIçãO DA LARGURA DE UMA CâMARA DE FORNO". A presente invenção fornece um aparelho de medição da largura de forno o qual não requer nenhum tubo de água de resfriamento de modo que a largura de forno de uma câmara de forno de alta temperatura tal como uma câmara de forno de coque pode ser medida rapidamente e facilmente, e o qual é capaz de resistir à alta temperatura durante o tempo necessário para ficar dentro da câmara de forno para a medição. O aparelho de medição da largura de forno é utilizado para a medição da distância entre as paredes do forno que se confrontam de uma câmara de forno, isto quer dizer, a largura da câmara de forno, e compreende uma unidade de medição 2 a qual inclui um instrumento de medição de largura de forno 8 e uma unidade de suprimento de energia 10, e está acomodado dentro de uma caixa endotérmica 3 o lado externo da qual está coberto com um material de isolamento térmico 4. A caixa endotérmica 3 é uma camisa cheia com um líquido 7 que tem uma capacidade endotérmica, e o líquido 7 é preferivelmente a água. A unidade de medição 2 também inclui uma unidade de registro de dados 9, ou um transmissor sem fio 18 para transmitir os dados das larguras de forno medidas para uma unidade de registro de dados externos 22. A caixa endotérmica 3 está provida com uma saída, no seu fundo, da qual o líquido 7 é descarregado.
