Abstract

"VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA MáQUINAS DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Válvula de injeção de combustível com um corpo da válvula (5), no qual um membro da válvula (7) em forma de êmbolo é conduzido podendo ser deslocado longitudinalmente em um furo (15) executado como furo cego. Na superfície de fundo do furo (15) está construído um assento da válvula (23) cónico e, pelo menos, um orifício de injeção (25) o qual liga uma câmara de pressão (11) formada entre a seção (107) no lado da câmara de combustão do membro da válvula (7) e o furo (15) com a câmara de combustão. Na extremidade no lado da câmara de combustão do membro da válvula (7) está construída uma ponta do membro da válvula (13) na qual estão construídas uma primeira superfície cónica (30) adjacente ao membro da válvula (7) e uma segunda superfície cónica (32) disposta no lado da câmara de combustão em relação à primeira. O ângulo cónico (<244>) da primeira superfície cónica (30) é menor, e o ângulo cónico (<225>) da segunda superfície cónica (32) é maior do que o ângulo cónico (<sym>) do assento da válvula (23), de tal forma que na passagem das duas superfícies cónicas (30,32) é formado um canto de vedação (40) circundante. Na primeira superfície cónica (30) é formada uma ranhura anular (35) circundante, que limita a ampliação do diâmetro de assento efetivo hidraulicamente, em virtude da deformação plástica do canto de vedação (40) e do assento da válvula (23) a uma medida exatamente definida.
