Abstract

"FILMES MULTICAMADAS TERMO-SELáVEIS E TERMO-CONTRáTEIS". Trata-se de um filme multicamadas termo-contrátil no qual as camadas de pele (A) consistem de uma poliolefina escolhida dentre: A1) uma composição contendo: i) de 25 a 45% em peso de um copolímero estatístico de propileno e etileno tendo de 2 a 5% em peso de unidades de etileno; e ii) de 55 a 75% em peso de um terpolímero estatístico de propileno, etileno e uma ou mais <244>-olefinas C~ 4~-C~ 10~ tendo de 2 a 5% em peso de unidades de etileno e de 6 a 12% em peso de unidades <244>-olefínicas; A2) copolímero(s) estatístico(s) de propileno e uma ou mais <244>-olefinas C~ 4~-C~ 10~ contendo de 4 a 11% em peso de unidades <244>-olefínicas; A camada central (B) compreende uma composição heterofásica compreendendo: a) de 20 a 60% em peso de um homopolímero de propileno com um índice de isotaticidade maior que 80 ou de um copolímero cristalino de propileno com etileno elou com <244>-olefinas C~ 4~-C~ 10~ contendo pelo menos 85% em peso de unidades de propileno e tendo um índice de isotaticidade de pelo menos 80, ou misturas destes, e b) de 40 a 80% em peso de um copolímero de etileno com propileno elou com <244>-olefinas C4-C10 e possivelmente um dieno, contendo de 20 a 60% em peso de unidades de etileno e completamente solúvel em xileno a 25<198>C. Um balanço aperfeiçoado de propriedades físicas e mecânicas, processabilidade e selabilidade em baixas temperaturas caracteriza os filmes de acordo com o presente invento.
