Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA CONTROLE DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA TRAMA EM MOVIMENTO". Processo e aparelho para detectar a composição de um produto de trama em movimento com base em tempo real durante o processo de fabricação. Equipamento de monitoramento espectrométrico opera para derivar informação relacionada as propriedades físicas e/ou químicas da trama em locais múltiplos na direção transversal a trama. Os dados das várias regiões espectrais podem ser combinados para produzir um vetor contendo informação acurada com relação à composição da trama. Esta informação é derivada usando técnicas matemáticas multivariadas para render uma matriz de dados espacial para cada componente de interesse. A informação da composição contida na matriz de dados espacial pode ser reprojetada como um "mapa de composição virtual" ou comparada aos perfis ideais armazenados na memória do computador.
