Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO PARA UM PRODUTO DE AçO, UM PRODUTO DE AçO REVESTIDO E UM MéTODO DE REVESTIMENTO DE UM PRODUTO DE AçO". Um método de revestimento de produtos de aço tais como folhas e chapas usando-se uma liga de revestimento alumínio-zinco modificando-se o banho de revestimento com um constituinte composto em partículas em quantidades eficazes para diminuir o tamanho de face da trama de cristais do produto revestido, melhorar a performance de manchas de ferrugem no dobramento por tensão, e a capacidade de pintura do produto revestido. Os constituintes incluem boretos tais como boretos de titânio e boreto de alumínio, carbonetos tais como carboneto de titânio, e aluminídios tais como aluminídio de titânio. O método produz um produto de aço revestido que não necessita de laminação de encruamento para pintura.
