Abstract

"FIO MULTIFILAMENTAR DE TEREFTALATO DE POLITRIMETILENO FORMADO DE FILAMENTOS úNICOS, FIO DE TEREFTALATO DE POLITRIMETILENO TEXTURIZADO DE TORçãO PRELIMINAR, FIO DE TEREFTALATO DE POLITRIMETILENO MEIO-ESTIRADO FORMADO DE FILAMENTOS úNICOS, E, PROCESSOS PARA PRODUZIR OS MESMOS". A presente invenção provê um fio apropriado para peças de vestuário do tipo stretch, cujo fio é um fio multifilamentar de tereftalato de politrimetileno tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca em uma faixa de 0,7 a 1,1 dl/g, um tamanho de filamento único em uma faixa de 3,3 a 8,9 dtex, um alongamento em ruptura em uma faixa de 36 a 60% e o valor de flutuação de tamanho de fio (U%) é 1,2% ou menor e um fio texturizado de torção preliminar do mesmo. O fio multifilamentar é produzido sob as condições em que uma distância entre os orifícios de fiação adjacentes é de 5 mm ou mais, a temperatura de fiação está na faixa de 255 a 275 <198>C, a temperatura de superfície da fieira é de 255 <198>C ou maior, e um produto da velocidade V linear de descarga de polímero em fusão e a viscosidade intrínseca [<sym>] está em uma faixa de 5 a 12 (m/min) (dl/g). Porque a contaminação sobre a periferia do orifício de fiação gerada durante a fiação em fusão é minimizada de acordo com este processo de produção, o período entre as limpezas pode ser prolongado, o que é extremamente vantajoso no sentido industrial.
