"APERFEIçOAMENTOS EM CATALISE DE DESHIDROGENAçãO". compreendendo catalisadores suportados e processos úteis na deshidrogenação de hidrocarbonetos. Os catalisadores preparados de acordo com a invenção possuem uma distribuição de tamanho único de poros, que provê um balanço favorável de seletividade, atividade, e estabilidade termal. Numa preferida forma da invenção, os catalisadores preparados de acordo com a invenção são regeneráveis. Parafinas com extensão de detergentes podem ser convertidas para monoolefinas usando um catalisador e o processo providos pela invenção.
