Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE CORPOS CONTENDO ARGILA ANIÈNICA CRISTALINA, CORPO MOLDADO CONTENDO ARGILA ANIÈNICA CRISTALINA, PARTìCULA DE COMPóSITO, E, PROCESSOS PARA A PURIFICAçãO E/OU SEPARAçãO DE COMPOSTOS ORGâNICOS EM CORRENTES DE HIDROCARBONETOS, PARA A REMOçãO DE COMPOSTOS ORGANICOS E INORGANICOS E PARA A REMOçãO E SEPARAçãO DE COMPOSTOS GASOSOS A PARTIR DE CORRENTES GASOSAS". A presente invenção é direcionada a processo para a preparação de corpos contendo argila aniónica cristalina a partir de fontes que compreendem uma fonte de alumínio e uma fonte de magnésio, compreendendo as etapas de: a) preparar uma mistura de precursor, b) moldar a mistura de precursor para obter corpos moldados, c) opcionalmente tratar termicamente os corpos moldados, e d) envelhecer para obter os corpos contendo argila aniónica cristalina. A quinta-essência da presente invenção é que os corpos são moldados antes da formação da argila aniónica cristalina nos mencionados corpos. Isto resulta em corpos muito resistentes ao atrito, sem haver a necessidade de adicionar um material aglutinante.
