Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FILTRO PARA MICROFILTRAçãO DE óLEO, ALOJAMENTO DE FILTRO, MOTOR, TRANSMISSãO AUTOMáTICA E, SISTEMA HIDRáULICO". A invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo de filtro para microfiltração de óleo, em particular, para uso em motores, transmissões automáticas e sistemas hidráulicos. O dispositivo de filtro compreende um cartucho de microfiltro tubular, através do qual o meio pode fluir na direção transversal, e que tem extremidades abertas. Este cartucho de filtro fica acomodado em um câmara de filtro, a qual fica encerrada em um alojamento e fica acomodada entre os dois elementos de fechamento terminais, entre os quais o cartucho de filtro fica preso sob uma tensão prévia. Nas suas superfícies voltadas para o cartucho de filtro, os elementos de fechamento terminais são providos com, pelo menos, uma nervura, a qual se estende na direção circunferencial transversal do cartucho de filtro. O meio de retenção compreende uma mola, a qual age com tensão previa em uma extremidade dos elementos de fechamento, de uma maneira tal que este elemento de fechamento siga a parede terminal, a qual ele se junta, no caso de expansão longitudinal e também no caso de contração longitudinal.
